The DAO Treasury will manage all protocol-owned funds, including penalties, unclaimed allocations, ecosystem revenue, and future income from products and services. Treasury operations will be fully transparent and controlled by DAO voting or Council-authorized transactions.

A complete breakdown of wallets, flows, and spending rules will be added as the DAO charter is finalized.
